Fraidé was formed by musicians reconnecting to pursue dreams once put on hold. After playing in previous bands, we reunited with a shared passion for music that’s central to our identity. For us, it’s never too late to start again.

Our name, Fraidé, reflects both our rehearsal day - Friday, and the spirit of the weekend: relief, warmth, and hope. Chosen together, it symbolizes the joy and togetherness we strive to bring through our music.

Fraidé’s sound blends indie pop with diverse influences, inspired by bands like The Cranberries, The Cure, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. We aim for honest, authentic music that expresses our journey and connects with listeners on a personal level.
